Hewlett-Packard Enterprise
Global Support Delivery Achievers Program Branding
In the fall of 2015, I was working with Hewlett Packard as a Graphic and Web Design Intern for the Employee and Engagement Program. My first task during the summer was to create a new logo to brand our prestigious Global Support Delivery Achievers program.

From there I created a sub-design language in conjunction with Hewlett Packard Enterprise's brand language. I iterated multiple forms and brought each iteration to the program graduates until we had decided on a final form. I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. There are two versions of the final logo, matte and glossy.

It is currently used on all graduation merchandise such as a leather bound notebook, mini speaker, power bank charger, ballpoint pen, and headphones to name a few.
The goal was to create a logo consistent to the new
branding of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, but a
continuation from the previous logo to show the
legacy of the program. Having recently come onto
the role and not being familiar with the program,
I asked previous program graduates and
soon-to-be graduates what emotive aspect the
logo and program as a whole needed to show.
I also asked if they could explain why those
specific emotions or aesthetic; for instance,
pride was a frequent answer in which
case most described feeling a sense of
accomplishment, tying the achievement into meaningful work, or finding huge value in an experience that teaches confidence and pride in your work.
